The Poisoned Glen

Regular price €21.00 €0.00
Tax included.

The Poisoned Glen lies at the foot of Mount Erigal, Donegal's tallest mountain. It's breathtaking beauty is the result of glaciation.

Originally known by locals as "The Heavenly Glen", the name became lost in translation when an English cartographer incorrectly noted the Irish word of "Neamh" (Heaven) for "Neimhe" (Poison), and hence it has been marked as the latter since.

This image is printed by Michael on a high quality satin fine art paper as standard using archival inks. This gives a warm, rich, artist quality product which when properly cared for should last for over 100 years. The watermark/logo will not be included on your purchased print.

All prints are sold unframed and un-mounted. Prints are cut to include a white border which allows them to be inserted into a wide variety of mounts and frames.

Each purchase is carefully packaged (usually placed in a ridged and padded envelope or flat box) and sent via An Post registered post.

Contact Michael directly to request a custom size of this image, a mounted option, or even to commission your own bespoke photograph of this or a similar location.
